The team at Hull required support to fundraise for all aspects of their work, as they lacked the time and capacity to plan and make approaches to funders.
Solution
Working with Hull Minster Development Trust and the PCC, IPC gained an in-depth understanding of the client’s funding needs across the organisation. This led to a Funding Strategy including a ‘case for support,’ identification of potential funding sources and a timetable for applications. IPC raised £222,000 towards the Minster’s capital and operational costs. In addition, IPC advised the PCC about legacy giving campaigns, membership and subscription schemes, and the feasibility of these as further funding opportunities.
