Project Development

IPC help organisations turn their vision into a reality by devising projects which fulfil specific needs, are affordable and deliverable. This often requires us to take the lead on consultation with the organisation, and its beneficiaries, partners, funders, and statutory bodies.

Trinity Arts Centre

IPC is supporting West Lindsey District Council to devise and fundraise a scheme of capital improvements at Trinity Arts Centre, investing in its public and community facilities and improving the presentation of the building’s heritage features.

The Saints’ Centre

St Mary and All Saints Parish Church is keen to find a new use for its Parish Centre which closed due to Covid. IPC secured an Architectural Fund Grant for a Project Viability Report and will work with the PCC and architect on future options for the building.

IPC is also producing a Heritage Statement, enabling a more detailed understanding of the building’s evolution.

St Mary’s Parish Church and Partners

IPC worked with the Friends of St. Mary’s Church’s and partner organisations to develop a project which connects the Churchyard with other underutilised spaces in the town. The aim is to establish an extensive green zone in the heart of Horncastle, which is suitable for recreation, hosting events and celebrating the town’s significant heritage.
