Project Evaluation

Working with Anna Cullum Associates (ACA), IPC supports projects in measuring their impact, articulating the change brought about and sharing ‘lessons learnt.’

Re-Imagining Greyfriars:
800 years of stories in the making

The oldest surviving friary building in England, Lincoln Greyfriars is an architectural gem. The City of Lincoln Council, in partnership with Heritage Lincolnshire, received a National Lottery Heritage Fund for the project, which aims to create a top-class venue for events and activities.

IPC and ACA were commissioned in 2021 to undertake evaluation of the project’s development and delivery stages.

River Recoveries Project

MOLA is an experienced and innovative archaeology and built heritage practice; its education charity aims to ‘inspire people to be curious about their heritage.’ The River Recoveries Project aims to involve people in mud larking and archaeological exploration on the Thames Foreshore, revitalising the Thames Discovery Project.

IPC, working with ACA, is undertaking a summative evaluation of this two-year programme of activities.

Boston Townscape

Heritage Lincolnshire and Boston Borough Council are working together to deliver this Project funded by NLHF and Boston Borough Council. The project aims to rejuvenate and restore the town’s historic centre, improve local facilities, and boost the local economy.

IPC has undertaken footfall surveys and interviews with property owners and tenants, providing evidence of the project’s progress and success.
