Do we need evaluation for every project?
Yes, most funders require an evaluation report (it can be a mandatory requirement). Evaluation helps demonstrate that public money was well spent and the desired outcomes were achieved.
Can you help us build evaluation in from the start?
Absolutely. The best evaluations are planned early, so they can track change over time. An evaluation framework is produced at the start, with interim reports produced to inform the project as it progresses. A final summative report is produced at the end.
