Project Management

IPC is experienced in the project management of high-value capital works in sensitive heritage settings, taking the lead on cost control, programming of works, and mitigation of risk.

St John the Baptist
High Toynton

As Project Manager, IPC has responsibility for the investigations and repair works to the south-west corner of the Church. The extent of the damage and condition of the building makes this a high-risk project, mitigated through IPC’s clear communication and close liaison with the architect, structural engineer, and contractors.

The Future Belongs to What Was as Much as What Is
Housesteads Fort, Hadrian’s Wall

Commissioned by English Heritage as client site manager for Morag Myerscough’s contemporary recreation of the fort’s north gate, IPC managed health and safety on behalf of the Client, producing risk assessments, site audits and emergency procedures.

IPC’s team was onsite for a month to provide practical support to the artist, site team and contractor.

Rauceby Estate Sleaford

IPC is providing project management services, including oversight of all structural repairs to a Grade II lodge, and creation of a new carparking area on the Estate.

This requires sensitive liaison with the Estate’s Trustees, tenants, and contractors, managing their needs and requirements alongside those of the building works.
